COVID-19

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening (if you haven’t already completed online) and we will take your temperature.

Important Information

Please wear a mask while entering and moving about the building.  We will have you take your mask off when you are in the operatory.

Our waiting area is CLOSED.  Only patients with appointments will be allowed in the building.  Necessary caregivers will be asked to wear a mask while in the office. Drivers or those accompanying patients will be asked to please wait in your vehicle.

We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.

Feel free to bring your own protective eyewear (glasses or sunglasses), otherwise we will provide eyewear that has been sanitized.

Feel free to bring your own sweater or small blanket.  The office is usually a little chilly.

All office personnel will wear masks at all times.  As always, clinical personnel will wear a face shield during procedures.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.  We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you.

We kindly ask you to reschedule if:

– You have traveled outside the US in the last 2 weeks.

– You have been on any planes or cruises in the last 2 weeks.

– If, to your knowledge, you have been in contact with someone with flu or Covid-19.

If in the last 48 hours:

– You have had a temperature of 99.5 or more.

– You have been coughing.

– You have any sore throat or difficulty breathing.
